Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

For orders under $100, an additional shipping fee of $8.99 will be applied.

Over $100 qualify for free shipping, excluding fast and DHL/FedEx
express shipping options.

✳Please note that the processing time for all our products takes 5 working days. This processing time does not include the shipping time.

All shipping times exclude clearance or customs delays, as well as holiday-related impacts. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.

How We Ship

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Sweetearing will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

After the items are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 4-12& business days to reach the destination.

Canceled Orders

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at service@sweetearing.com.

Order cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:

• If your order was placed before 7 PM (PST), you can request cancellation by contacting us before 7 PM (PST) on the same day.
• For orders placed after 7 PM (PST), you can cancel within 24 hours by emailing us.

Once the order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

If the interception is successful and you still wish to cancel, a fee of $10–$20 will apply.
If the interception is unsuccessful, please wait until you receive the package and then contact our customer service team for further assistance.

All shipping fees paid are not refundable.

We refuse any rejection of products without negotiation. Even if you want to return the goods, please contact us after signing for them!

When requesting cancellation, please provide your order number and contact details.

If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for delivery and then contact us for further assistance.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.

Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holiday shopping, weddings, prom, graduation, etc.

ORDER PROCESSING

All suits are handmade and take 3 - 4 days to make before dispatching. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holiday orders will be processed on business days. No weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.

Foreign transaction fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
