What's your return and exchange policy?
Our return date is 30 days (natural days) after the products delivered. If any items you purchased is damaged, not as described you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfil your return request as soon as possible.
If the size, color, and style of the product are the same as the order details, then we will not refund for free, and we will charge a return handling fee.
For the exchange service:
If the size and style of the product is provided according to the order details, and the customer also needs exchange service, we will charge a processing fee.
All returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Sweetearing will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Sweetearing has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5-10 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return!
